For Immediate Release: Monday, July 18, 2016

Evergreen, CO, July 18, 2016 -- Secure Outcomes Inc. announced today it has launched its new LS/GunSmoke™ ATF-compliant digital livescan fingerprinting system for the retail firearms market.

The new Secure Outcomes LS/GunSmoke system bundles everything needed by firearms dealers and manufacturers for full ATF compliance into a single simple affordable solution. There are 130,000+ firearms dealers in the United States.

The new ATF Rule 41F, now in full force, mandates comprehensive fingerprint background checks for persons who purchase or transfer “Class 3” National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms or accessories.

The ATF background check is initiated by the retail firearms dealer having the buyer complete ATF Forms 5320.23/4 with two FD-258 fingerprint cards attached with a 2”x2” passport quality photograph. This can all be accomodated with the LS/GunSmoke system.

The LS/GunSmoke system includes the Secure Outcomes digital livescan fingerprinting touch screen laptop system, an FBI Certified fingerprint scan device, an FBI Certified paper fingerprint card printer, a color camera with German Carl-Zeiss glass optics, a 2”x2” color passport photo printer, digital signature capture, fully integrated control software, and a one year full software/hardware warranty with maintenance software updates and permanent access to the Secure Outcomes 24/7/365 telephone support hot line.

The LS/GunSmoke system also provides firearms dealers that conduct concealed carry classes the in-house capability to fingerprint CCW students with paper fingerprint cards or electronic transmission as applicable by state law.

Jack Harper, CEO of Secure Outcomes, said, “We have been preparing for Rule 41F for a long time and are happy to bring to market the LS/GunSmoke package. The unit is fully bundled with everything that firearms dealers or manufacturers and their customers need to be completely ATF compliant – all at a deeply discounted affordable cost that meets our long term philosophy with our new technology of ‘Twice the Performance at Half the Price!’”

Harper continued, “We are heartened by the initial response of the market to LS/GunSmoke™. Even prior to our formal annoucement product launch today, we have received numerous LS/GunSmoke inquiries along with several firm orders just by word of mouth.”
