In many cases, we have competed directly against larger and older legacy companies on bids and have won, we are told, because of our superior products, far better pricing and because of our reputation for unparalleled customer service. I am especially heartened by this great reputation that we have worked very hard to achieve. Other than having a terrific product at a great price, customer service and support are our top priorities. It’s clear the market has recognized that.”
