What Happens after You Purchase...
After you make your purchase, our #1 job is to get your system to you and up and running as quicky as possible - usually within ten days after receipt of order.
First: We fully configure your system here at the factory so that it is ready to run for you out of the box. This includes your ORI(s) if any; your state; all defined fingerprint cards; etc. We gather this information from you when you make your purchase and help you if anything is not clear.
Second: We ship the system to you by FEDEX and call you the instant that it arrives. We walk you through setting up the system - take it out of the box and plug it in. Plug in an Internet connection if you are going to be transmitting print sets.
Third: We go through operation of the system with you, which is very simple. You will be scanning your first fingerprints within minutes. We show you how to use the database to store fingerprint sets for later retrieval if you wish. If you are a law enforcement customer, we take you through criminal charge codes, arrest cards, etc. Last, we do a test transmission of a test fingerprint set to the state/federal authorities that you will transmit to or we send a test transmission through your FBI Chaneller if that is the path. In any event, we do not leave you until everything is running and you are scanning fingerprints and are satisfied.
Fourth: We are always there 24/7/365. Call us on the telephone support hotline and we will answer all of your questions until you are completely 100% familiar with the system.
Fifth: A full one-year warranty/guarantee comes fully bundled with your system. If you have a hardware problem, just call us and we will instantly replace or repair. If you have a software problem, we will correct that remotely through the Internet direct to your system so you do not have to deal with that.
Sixth: After the first year of use, your hardware warranty will expire unless you extend it for a modest fee. However, you always will have forever the 24/7/365 telephone hotline support. We NEVER abandon our customers even if your system is out of warranty.
