The principals of Secure Outcomes have many years experience designing, building, selling, and supporting electronic livescan fingerprinting systems to law enforcement and government agencies around the world.

We have brought to market a family of livescan products that integrate advanced and proprietary software with a truly portable format that includes an easy-to-use color touchscreen to enable our systems to digitally collect and manage fingerprints anywhere that are impossible to scan with older technology systems.
All of our livescan systems are designed to operate in a fixed indoor booking position as other systems do, or, as totally portable (really portable, not luggable) systems running on internal power packs for use in the field at crime scenes (latent print collection), terror event sites, and mass casualty sites (e.g., plane crashes).
All of our livescan products are completly integrated with color touchscreens and have no mouse or other data cables, no external keyboards, and no cumbersome foot pedals - all of which make our systems extremely easy to use at a fixed location and/or portable in the field - Just Pick it up and Go! Our systems handle full-rolled, flat-slap, latent, and palm prints. They include everything that you need to collect fingerprints and they print all of the standard FBI print cards as well as ALL state and local cards. If your jurisdiction requires a card that we haven't before seen, we will provide that capability at no cost to you.
All of our products employ fully certified components that meet or exceed the FBI standards and systems are delivered to you fully configured for your jurisdiction so there is no need for you to endure a complicated setup or read manuals. Just plug it in and start scanning!
